Aimee, This is beautiful. I think we don’t always give ourselves credit for the changes in focus. When I lapse and feel stuck, or turned to the dark, I forget all the progress I have made. Reflection and then looking forward into the light! Baby steps, gentle and patient with ourselves! Yes, and self love. ❤️🫶❤️🫶❤️🫶❤️🫶❤️
